If you search for a topic and get no results, you'll get an offer to create the page. But, if you were looking for the information, you probably don't want to write the topic.
If that's the case, come here, click Edit to edit this page, and put the word(s) in double brackets, like this: [[My Topic]]. Items in this format (both here and anywhere else on the site ) make a link, but the link doesn't go to anything. Wanted Pages compiles these links-to-nothing.

If a topic is still listed, there is more content needed to complete the topic.
