Lisa Gielczyk

Lisa Gielczyk (~rhymes with spellcheck~) is the owner and administrator of the Tech Comm Pros website, the TCP email list, and this, the TCPwiki. She has been a technical writer for 10 years, mainly writing operator and maintenance manuals for dairy packaging equipment. She's also built a lot of experience with 2D and 3D graphics, including PhotoShop, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and IPA.

In addition to TCP, she also owns a operates an interactive 3D documentation company, i3D Everywhere. i3D Everywhere resells IPA software and provides training and support for their customers. Consulting services are also available.

Lisa also works for Char James-Tanny and her husband, Jim Freeman, as the sales manager for their Tech Comm Matrices. Tech Comm Matrices include the HAT-Matrix, for Help Authoring Tools; VSC-Matrix, for Video and Screen Capture tools; and the TLS-Matrix, for Translation and Localization Services.

Lisa recently married Alan Gielczyk. They live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with her three children, and frequently visit Alan's son in St. Louis, Missouri.
