Isn't this definition blurring the lines between 'acronym' and 'initialism'? Granted an initialism is, itself, and acronym, but it should be called out as a distinct type of acronym (one made ONLY by the initial letters, e.g. SCUBA). -- techcommdood
I believe that is does kind of blur those lines. Feel free to modify/correct the content.
